Gaining over 3 years experience working for a company which specialised in fitting OEM VAG Navigation systems & other in-car entertainment to full factory specifications in Audi – Seat – Skoda & Volkswagen cars. Over the years I've had to deal with a lot of general confusion and aggravation caused by the middleman trying to make a quick sale rather than understanding the customer's needs and requirements, so I finally started up my own business back in February 2007.

My aim is too provide an honest and personal customer service experience, suited to all my clients requirements, after all, we all have very different tastes, circumstances and budget.

With today's busy lifestyles, we don't have enough time to do the things we really want, so why waste your valuable time speaking to automated machines, endlessly being put on hold, dealing with incompetent managers and useless staff which don't know anything but like to waste your time anyway!

I believe in keeping my business small, efficient, personal and most importantly honest to provide the best customer satisfaction possible. That's why I do everything myself from answering emails to professionally installing the latest in-car entertainment at your home or office.
